I am also passionate about many seemingly unconnected things: photography, film-making, woodworking, hiking, camping, and data analytics, to name a few.

 

It was after several job roles did I find my ikigai. I realized that my unusual combination of interests and skills was a strength, not a liability.

 

Slowly, I started talking to people about connecting the dots between servant leadership, data-driven insights, and organizational culture.

 

I later coined the term 'Got Singularity' because a successful change is only possible when we take a human-centric approach to solving new-world problems.

 

I believe that we need a different breed of leaders in this complex world, leaders who understand that everything comes to the point of singularity. It is only after that do we rise and see our goal.

 

Traditional ways of working won't get us there, so they need to be revisited and broken.

 

I believe one must bring one's whole self to the table to thrive in today's world.

 

That includes your unique set of gifts, your personality, your sense of humor, and, most importantly, your heart. I believe a creative and entrepreneurial approach is critical to fully blossom in the modern world and experience the happiness and fulfillment you deserve.

 

I continue to learn new things daily and expand my ideas about how we can continue to stay human in a team as we develop leadership for a better world.

I'm no sage from the stage and don't have all the answers. I, too, make mistakes, have shitty days, and get mired in fear and self-doubt, just like the rest of humanity.

But my commitment is to bring you the best of what I'm living and learning while keeping it real and honest as I go. So please don't expect perfect polish (I'm too plain-spoken for that), but expect thought-provoking ideas, timeless wisdom, some goofy antics, and unwavering devotion to help unlock your most expansive, expressive self.
